Presentation EuCap 2022

The European Conference on Antennas and Propagation (EuCAP) has been since its first organization in 2006 the ideal place for the exchange of scientific and technical information, and to foster collaboration and cooperation in the Antenna and Propagation domain, at both European and global levels. With this aim, EuCAP has been a regular keystone event on Antennas and Propagation, with a large participation of the worldwide community.
In the last edition around 1200 delegates exchanged information and accessed to the latest developments in the field through guest speakers and paper presentations. The conference featured exhibitors demonstrating software, equipment, and technology in a wide variety of applications from mobile and satellite communications to medicine.
Jorge Elizalde (IKERLAN researcher) presented in this new edition on 31st March 2022 the paper “Characterization of a 5G Wireless Train Backbone via Ray-Tracing” with latest results from Safe4RAIL-3 project.
